Gabriela Berti

PhD and Master's Degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She has been a university professor for several decades, teaching at various universities in Spain, Europe, Latin America, and the USA. She is the academic director of the program on Sustainability, Gastronomy, and Food Security at SIT. She also teaches in Study Abroad programs, UNED, the Sant Pol Hospitality School (University of Girona) on Gastronomic Culture. She is the author of several award-winning books and writes articles on gastronomy for various media outlets. For the past 10 years, she has been involved in the gastronomic project Los Foodistas, alongside Godo Chillida.
