Omiwatari is a small, voluntary group. We collect as little personal data as possible, and only when you choose to write to us.

What we collect

Only what you type into the collaboration form: your name, email address, and optionally your organisation and role, together with the type of enquiry and your message.

Why we collect it

To read your proposal and reply to it. We do not use these details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as they remain relevant to an ongoing or possible collaboration, and are deleted once they are not.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send that request through the collaboration form and we will act on it.
